Congratulations to the following Hough students who will receive awards for their entries in the 2015 William A. Hough High School National PTA Reflections Program. 

  • Best in Show  (Gold) – Congratulations to Ashley Mills for her Visual Arts entry “Halcyon” winning a Gold award and Best in Show.  She will receive a certificate and $30.
  • Gold Award – Congratulations to Courtney Frey, Jakob Heiser, Kara Bringewatt, Tilly Boraks and Mary Bernardo for receiving a Gold Award.  They will each receive a certificate and $20.
  • Silver Award – Congratulations to Emma Cowen, Farrah Jordan, Alexis Gold and Jay Satchwill for receiving a Silver Award.  They will each receive a certificate and $10.
  • Bronze Award – Congratulations to Kara Bringewatt, Savannah Cooper, Jakob Heiser (2) and Kayleigh Conroy for receiving Bronze Awards.  They will each receive a certificate.

All Gold and Silver awards entries have proceeded to the Mecklenburg PTA level of competition. County level winners will be announced in late January.
