Gallery: How your chocolate bunny is made

We recently had a chance to visit Davidson Chocolate Company during peak season for Easter candy production. John Elliott showed us how the shop makes its solid chocolate Easter bunnies. It’s a big time of year for the chocolate business, and the shop at Davidson Commons expected to sell several hundred of the confections by Easter Sunday.

The chocolate mold is shaken on a special machine to remove air bubbles.
