On Saturday night, The Matt Stratford Band performed in the rain after a Knights game at BB&T Ballpark in Charlotte. No rain here Sunday as they entertained several hundred people on the Davidson Village Green. The group plays a wide variety of music, from rock to R&B to contemporary pop music. I emceed, and as I told the crowd in my final announcement, “You guys can play our party any time.”
