If you’ve been to Davidson Farmer’s Market recently, you’ve seen Dover Vineyards’ stand, and maybe even had a taste of their local wines – the Chambourcin red, Villard Blanc white and a Rosé. I wanted to learn the story behind the wines, so I’ve been spending some time this spring with owner/manager Elizabeth Ann Dover. She’s not your typical farmer – a Davidson grad who has gone back to school to learn about wine making. Listen to my audio feature for WFAE.
