Apartments, offices and shops are proposed for several vacant lots along South Main Street in Davidson, where the car wash and Alexander trucking used to be. It’s across from South Main Square.
Developer Industrial Maintenance Co. submitted the application for Alexander’s Corner in early January. It fits the existing Village Infill and Village Center zoning in the area, and would include a new connection to Spring Street and a greenway section. Looks like no meetings or info sessions scheduled yet.
